Zurzeit protestiert sie aber mit Greenpeace gegen die Abholzung des Amazonas. Die sch\u00f6ne Mutige kennt offensichtlich keine Furcht wenn es um den Schutz des Regenwaldes geht \u2013 und erh\u00e4lt daf\u00fcr mentale Unterst\u00fctzung von Kollege Farrell.<\/h4>\n<p>Q\u2019orianka Kilcher sitzt sechs Meter \u00fcber dem Meer auf der Ankerkette des Frachters \u00abClipper Hope\u00bb, um ihn daran zu hindern in den Hafen zu kommen, wo mehrere Tonnen Roheisen geladen und in die USA gebracht werden sollten <a title=\"Blog von gestern\" href=\"http:\/\/www.greenpeace.org\/switzerland\/de\/News_Stories\/Newsblog\/brasilien-drei-tage-protest-auf-der-ankerkett\/blog\/40519\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(wir berichteten gestern)<\/a>. Das Endprodukt wird in der Autoindustrie verwendet.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"600\" height=\"335\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/HntBuu3U5v8?rel=0\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Greenpeace-Reporte zeigen, dass die Gewinnung von Roheisen im Amazonas Sklaverei beg\u00fcnstigt und den Indigenen der Region existentiellen Schaden zuf\u00fcgt. Zu Recht sagt Q\u2019orianka dazu: \u00abDinge wie Sklaverei und illegaler Holzschlag geh\u00f6ren in die Geschichtsb\u00fccher. Leider sind aber genau diese Dinge Realit\u00e4t im modernen Brasilien. Und deswegen sitze ich mit meiner Kollegin auf diesem Anker. Weil wir jungen Leute auf der ganzen Welt die Konsequenzen dieser Schandtaten tragen m\u00fcssen.\u00bb\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Kilcher findet, es k\u00f6nne nicht angehen, dass die Heimat von Menschen zerst\u00f6rt wird, nur damit ein neues Auto etwas g\u00fcnstiger ist. Die Autoindustrie soll dieses Problem konfrontieren und es angehen. Auch die brasilianische Pr\u00e4sidentin Dilma Rousseff soll ihre Verantwortung \u00fcbernehmen und ein Veto gegen das vorliegende neue Waldgesetz einlegen, das den ohnehin schon prek\u00e4ren Waldschlag noch mehr beg\u00fcnstigen w\u00fcrde.<\/p>\n<p>Bekannt wurde die 22-j\u00e4hrige als Pocahontas an der Seite von  Schauspieler Colin Farrell in dem mit einem Oskar nominierten Film \u00abNew  World\u00bb (2006) von Terence Malik. Zurzeit spielt sie an der Seite von  Cuba Gooding Jr. \u2013 wenn sie sich nicht gerade f\u00fcr Greenpeace einsetzt.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Auch der Greenpeace Kampagnen Direktor Brasilien Paulo Adario ist  geehrt, eine solche Bekanntheit an Board der Rainbow Warrior haben:  \u00abQ\u2019orianka hilft Greenpeace der Welt aufzuzeigen, dass Brasilien trotz  seines guten Images immer noch viel zu tun hat punkto Umweltschutz.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Die Greenpeace Aktivisten wechseln sich seit Montag mit der  Besetzung der Ankerkette ab.
