Le constat est sans appel&nbsp;: des techniques manipulatoires sont utilis\u00e9es pour l\u00e9gitimer et accro\u00eetre la consommation de produits d&rsquo;origine animale, sans distinction entre les produits respectueux de l\u2019environnement et ceux issus de l&rsquo;\u00e9levage intensif.<\/strong> <strong>Cette promotion, financ\u00e9e en partie avec l\u2019argent des contribuables, n&rsquo;est pas coh\u00e9rente avec la crise climatique et l&rsquo;extinction de masse des esp\u00e8ces.
